Refund policy

At Elya Collective, all sales are final! I do not offer refunds, but I’m happy to issue store credit or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Need a repair? If your jewelry breaks within 30 days of delivery, I’ll gladly repair it. You’ll just need to ship it back to me, and I’ll cover the return shipping cost! I understand things happen, and I stand by the quality of my pieces.
