Can I shower or swim in my jewelry?
Most of our pieces are made with 14K gold-filled materials or PVD-coated stainless steel, both known for being water-resistant. That said, we always recommend drying your jewelry after water exposure and avoiding extended contact with chlorine, lotions, or perfumes to extend its shine and life.
Do you offer custom sizing or personalization?
Yes! We do accept custom orders depending on the request and material availability. Feel free to email or DM us on Instagram to get started with your custom piece.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. If there’s a delay — such as needing more materials or a high volume of custom orders — we’ll reach out directly via email to let you know.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes! Every order is packaged with care and ready to gift. If you’re sending it directly to someone special, you can leave a note at checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten message for you.
Do you accept returns?
We don’t offer refunds, but we are happy to provide store credit or an exchange on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Just email us to get started.
What if my jewelry breaks?
If your piece breaks within 30 days, we offer complimentary repairs. You’ll just need to ship it back to us, and we will cover the return shipping after the repair. Email us with photos and we’ll get it taken care of.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?
Once an order is in transit, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, if your item arrives damaged and we can confirm it wasn’t sent that way, please send photos within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
